AT&T forms partnership with NYC & Co.

New York—AT&T Inc. has formed a partnership with NYC & Co., the official tourism, marketing and partnership organization of the city of New York.

The two-year deal is designed to build AT&T’s brand presence in the city and develop its b-to-b base. Financial terms were undisclosed.

As part of the partnership, AT&T will sponsor “NYC Extreme Local,” a marketing campaign launching this month aimed at locals and tourists during the holiday season.

The deal also includes a commitment by AT&T to run ads on the nycgo.com Web site and in NYC & Co. publications, and to have a presence on the NYC & Co. visitor map and in the official visitor’s guide.
