New York—Tacoda Systems announced the launch of Tacoda Audience Networks, a behaviorally driven online ad network. The network provides advertisers with the ability to target ads to users based on their online behavior. Advertisers so far include Delta, eBay, Radisson, TGI Friday's and Western Union. The network consists of more than 800 Web sites reaching more than 60 million users.
