Tacoda Systems software gets first b-to-b use

Norfolk, Va.--Tacoda Systems announced Monday that PilotOnline.com, the companion Web site to The Virginian-Pilot newspaper, was the first company to use Tacoda's software to target a b-to-b audience. The software is usually used to identify consumer demographic niches. On its CareerConnection.com employment site, PilotOnline.com used the system to develop an audience segment of human resources professionals for advertiser Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
