TCC acquires ‘Modern Woodworking’ from Randall-Reilly

By Published on .

Tuscaloosa, Ala.—Randall-Reilly, publisher of Equipment World, announced that it has agreed to sell Modern Woodworking to TCC Media Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are very excited to add this well-respected brand to our portfolio as we continue to build our stable of industrial media products,” Todd Baker, TCC Media Group managing partner, said in a statement. TCC will publish its first issue of Modern Woodworking in February.

Mike Reilly, Randall-Reilly chairman and president-CEO, said in a statement: “We will continue to provide [TCC] with UCC-1 equipment financing data through our Equipment Data Associates division. EDA data demonstrates equipment ownership across the Modern Woodworking circulation.”

TCC acquired IEN from Thomas Publishing earlier this year.
