Tealium rolls out AudienceStream service

Boston—Enterprise tag management and digital data distribution provider Tealium introduced AudienceStream, a service that helps marketers identify customers and prospects in real time. The cloud-based service enables marketers to define and segment customer activity across Web and mobile channels, then distribute those segments to digital marketing tools such as email, content management, customer relationship management, data management and data warehousing platforms. “AudienceStream solves many challenges that have plagued marketers for years: timely customer data integration, a true 360-degree view of the customer journey and the ability to take action on customer data in real time,” said Jeff Lunsford, CEO of Tealium, in a statement.
