New technologies debut at Ground Zero

Los Angeles-Technology vendors are debuting an array of technology to help companies run, and sell through, e-marketplaces today Jupiter Research's Ground Zero 4 conference. Computer Associates International Inc. announced it is teaming with b-to-b vendor Purchase Pro and others to roll out a comprehensive platform to help computers manage customer information and relationships via e-marketplaces. Logility Inc. debuted a transportation engine for e-markets, already live with customers including Ingram Micro Inc., Sprint Corp. and American Freightways Corp. The technology lets companies manage the delivery and transportation of goods online. Catalog vendor Poet Software Corp. announced a partnership with OrderFusion Inc., to help companies move their entire selling processes to the Web-from catalog management all the way through fulfillment and post-sales analysis.
