TechTarget to acquire 'Computer Weekly' brand, shutter print version

Newton, Mass.—Technology media company TechTarget has agreed to acquire the U.K. brand Computer Weekly and its sibling brand, MicroScope, from Reed Elsevier's Reed Business Information. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close next month, were not disclosed.

TechTarget said it will close the print versions of both brands to focus on their digital products. The deal continues TechTarget's overseas expansion.
