Theorem acquires rich media company Webpencil

Chatham, N.J.—Online media operations company Theorem has acquired Webpencil, an online creative ad design company based in Las Vegas.

Webpencil’s rich media and creative portfolio includes work for such clients as the Obama presidential campaign, CreditReport.com, Warner Brothers Canada and CareerBuilder.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Earlier this week, Theorem announced an expanded relationship with marketing services company Epsilon.
