Published on .

New York—Financial media company TheStreet Inc. announced that CEO Daryl Otte will step down by March 31. He will also leave his position on the company's board of directors by the same date. Otte has been CEO since 2009. A committee has been formed to search for his successor. "The company's product pipeline is full with offerings such as new mobile applications; TheStreet Business Desk, currently in partnership with over 300 horizontal news sites; unique advertising products; and an overhauled premium services product portfolio," Otte said in a statement, adding: "This is a good time to hand the reins to new talent to continue our momentum.”
