Thomson Financial reorganizes publishing group

New York--Thomson Financial announced Wednesday that is has reorganized its publishing group, which serves the financial community. Currently distributed across seven operating companies, the publishing group will merge into six market-focused groups: banking, capital markets, electronic commerce, financial performance and data compliance, ratings, and international publishing. The reorganization is designed in part to build the company's Internet initiatives, according to Ron Schlosser, CEO of Thomson Financial Publishing Group.
