Time Inc. digital chief Shah to leave company

By Published on .

New York—Vivek Shah, group president-digital at Time Inc., will leave the company by the end of the year, saying he is exploring all-digital business opportunities.

A 15-year veteran of Time, Shah also served as publisher of the Fortune/Money Group and oversaw the launch of CNNMoney.com in 2006.

Shah’s announcement came shortly after Time, battered as most publishers are by circulation and ad revenue declines, said it planned to cut about $100 million in costs.
