Time Inc. restructures, creates News Business Unit

New York—Time Inc. CEO Ann Moore announced a major company reorganization that includes the creation of the News Business Unit. The new unit comprises the Time Group, Fortune/Money Group, Sports Illustrated Group, Life.com and GEE.

As part of the restructuring, Mark Ford was named president-group publisher of the News Business Unit and will lead advertising sales and marketing for the group.

John Reuter is moving from Mexico to become senior VP-group general manager of the unit. He will continue to oversee Grupo Editorial Expansion.

Vivek Shah was named group digital president of the News Business Unit. He was previously president of the Fortune/Money Group.
