Tinicum buys Hallmark Data Systems

New York--Tinicum Capital Partners LP announced it has acquired Hallmark Data Systems from SourceLink Inc. The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, also included Hallmark Data’s subsidiary Bellevue Data Communications. Hallmark provides circulation fulfillment and data management for more than 300 business publications. Bellevue specializes in Internet and database technologies, providing publishers with customer relationship management and circulation management systems. Hallmark and Bellevue complement Palm Coast Data LLC, a supplier of fulfillment services to consumer magazines that is also owned by Tinicum.
