Published on .

New York -- TMP Worldwide is expanding its hold on the Internet recruitment business. The Manhattan-based company behind the Monster.com Web site acquired IN2, an online marketing agency and technology company also located here, in an all-stock transaction. IN2 clients include iVillage, StarMedia, About.com, Columbia House, CMP Media, and Furniture.com. TMP also bought LIDA Advertising of Indianapolis and Yellow Pages Unlimited of St. Louis, also for stock. The company said that the two deals will add about $4.0 million in annual revenue to its Yellow Page advertising unit. (From Crain's New York Business.)
