TNS introduces TR*M Digital Reputation Manager

New York—TNS, a custom research company owned by Kantar Media, introduced TR*M Digital Reputation Manager, a new service designed to help companies monitor and respond to their corporate reputations in the digital environment. TR*M features advanced social media screening to monitor what is being discussed about a company online, the frequency of themes and issues, and the sentiment of conversations. It also includes digital lifestyle segmentation based on TNS' Digital Life, a comprehensive study of digital attitudes and behaviors from an online survey of more than 50,000 online users, conducted last year.
