New York—Two top executives have left, an agency spokesperson confirmed. Eric Valk Peterson, previously managing partner of’s New York office, and Alan Burgis, previously managing partner of the agency’s San Francisco office, resigned last week. Earlier this year,’s former president-CEO, Don Scales, resigned. He was succeeded by David Eastman.

Eastman will assume the duties of Valk Peterson on an interim basis; Brian Hollyfield will succeed Burgis.
