“Offline marketing continues to be incredibly vital to us. In the last couple of years, we started to do more and more with digital, and that was the bulk of our marketing weight. But we quickly saw that that wasn't the final solution and that we started to suffer in some brand areas we consider valuable. So we've returned to TV in some markets, print and out-of-home a little more. We've had more TV ads in the last eight months than in the prior two years. Better than that, we want to integrate offline with online, to make sure it all works together.”
