Tribal DDB restructures, lays off employees

Published on .

Chicago--Tribal DDB, part of Omnicom Group, is restructuring its Chicago office, including letting some staffers go, according to a Tribal DDB spokeswoman who confirmed a report by bob sister publication Advertising Age. The spokeswoman would not comment on how many employees were let go, but she said the effort was not a downsizing because the positions are not being eliminated. Two new project managers were recently hired to report to the group's new solutions director, Cassandra Kovel. The reorganization affects the production and technology departments of Tribal DDB.
