Trilogy to buy back shares of pcOrder.com

Austin--Trilogy software Wednesday said it plans to buy back shares of pcOrder.com Inc., which the software vendor originally spun off and aimed to take public. Trilogy makes e-commerce software for managing customer relationships. PcOrder.com runs a b-to-b database and delivers related services that help PC industry players--such as manufacturers, distributors and e-tailers--sell PCs and peripherals via the Internet. Trilogy will buy the portion of pcOrder it doesn't own for $41 million.
