Chicago--True North Communications, parent company of FCB Worldwide, announced Wednesday that it has acquired New York-based advertising agency Stein Rogan & Partners, which specializes in branding for digital companies. Stein Rogan clients include cars.com, Flycast Communications Corp. and FasTV.com. The agency, which has increased its revenue by an estimated 275% since 1995, plans to woo more business-to-business accounts, and recently had two b-to-b new business wins: e-Steel and ExpertCommerce. Stein Rogan founding partners Tom Stein, president-CEO, and Mark Rogan, executive creative director, will continue in their current roles. The agency will continue as an autonomous part of True North.
