Bill Rice, who is the chief sales officer for Kaleidico, wrote in his “Better Closer” blog about he uses Twitter. He said that he uses the social media site for “1) segmenting various target audiences, 2) researching new markets and audiences, 3) tracking target accounts/prospects, and 4) tracking current clients.” He explained that he uses public Twitter List for purposes 1 and 2 but private Twitter Lists for purposes 3 and 4.
