UBM announces changes in management responsibilities

London—United Business Media, where David Levin took over as CEO on April 5, announced several changes in management responsibilities.

Gary Marshall, CEO of technology publisher CMP Media in the U.S., will also oversee the U.S. portion of CMPi, UBM’s professional media division.

Bernard Gray, CEO of CMPi, becomes CEO of CMPi in the U.K. and continental Europe and CEO of United Advertising Publications, a classified advertising business. He assumes responsibility for all UAP’s businesses, including titles such as Exchange and Mart and Dalton’s Weekly.

Charles Gregson, who has had responsibility for PR Newswire on an interim basis, takes on that role permanently.
