UBM to sell UK entertainment, tech portfolio

London—UBM has agreed to sell its United Kingdom entertainment and technology product portfolio to Intent Media. The all-cash deal, which is expected to close in August, was valued at $3.8 million. Products involved include Installation Europe, Music Week, Pro Sound News Europe, TVB Europe and related websites and events. UBM said the products generated $8.6 million in revenue last year.
