UBM Tech relaunches marketing services group

San Francisco—UBM Tech has announced a new boutique marketing services unit called Create, which expands upon its existing marketing services operation. Create's capabilities include digital, social and content development services; buyer persona development and content audits; live events; lead nurturing solutions; and analytics and design services, the company said in a statement. The new unit has launched its own website at createmarketingservices.com. “In the past, we were mostly responding to our customers on a one-by-one basis,” said Paul Miller, CEO of UBM Tech. “What we're now doing is structuring marketing services in a very strategic way, offering a set of solutions that is available to the entire market, not just a select few.” Since April, a dedicated staff has been responsible for integrating custom live events within marketing services.
