Unica Enterprise adds location-based targeting Kantar Video rolls out video analytics platform Kampyle introduces Ad Feedback service

Marketing management software company Unica Corp. has added location-based targeting capabilities to its Unica Enterprise suite, allowing marketers to deliver promotions and coupons to customers based on their locations. Other new features added to Unica Enterprise include augmented offer processing, with filtering that allows for large volumes of offers tailored to customer behaviors on a corporate website or on the websites of channel partners, according to Unica. Also added is the ability to create different marketing budgets as well as to compare and analyze them prior to finalization, according to the company. Kantar Video, a research and insights division of WPP Group, has released the beta version of its Videolytics platform, a real-time online and mobile video syndication, tracking and optimization technology for advertisers, agencies and publishers. Kantar is integrating Videolytics with third-party services. The first, Echo Video, created with market analytics companies Cymfony and Compete Inc., combines Videolytics with behavioral and sentiment tracking to provide analysis of viral video impact and returns, according to the company. Videolytics is available for free trial at www.kantarvideo.com. Kampyle, which delivers feedback analytics services, has introduced Ad Feedback, a new program that gives marketers real-time feedback on their online ads. Using Ad Feedback, online users can rate and comment on online ads, as well as provide contact information if they wish to connect with marketers. The service uses the responses to help advertisers optimize online ad campaigns.
