Unica Enterprise adds location-based targeting

Waltham, Mass.—Marketing management software company Unica Corp. has added location-based targeting capabilities to its Unica Enterprise suite, allowing marketers to deliver promotions and coupons to customers based on their locations.

Other new features added to Unica’s suite include augmented offer processing, with filtering that allows for large volumes of offers tailored to customer behaviors on a corporate website or on the websites of channel partners; and faster, multiple reporting generated while the user is working on other parts of the suite, according to Unica said.

Also added is the ability to create different marketing budgets, to compare and analyze them prior to finalization, the company said.
