Unica offers modular solution sets for simpler implementation

Waltham, Mass.—Marketing management software company Unica Corp. has introduced the ROI Catalyst program, with four separate solutions built around distinct marketing scenarios.

The new modular packaging of existing Unica products and services addresses specific business needs, including Web site marketing focusing on offers; Web site remarketing that leverages campaigns through e-mail and other outbound campaigns; event-based marketing focusing on customer behavior that indicates buying inclination or loyalty; and contact optimization to provide insight into multiple offers to overlapping customer segments.

Unica said the division of its offerings into solution sets will make it more economical for companies to take on automated marketing tasks step by step, before adding other products.
