Unicast to buy Enliven assets

New York--Unicast on Monday announced it has agreed to acquire Enliven Inc.'s campaign management tools and other assets. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Enliven was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of HYPERLINK "mailto:Excite@Home"Excite@Home. Unicast will fully integrate Enliven's products into its own Superstitial campaign products. Interim Enliven CEO Scott Kliger will remain with Sage Hill Partners, the lead Enliven investor, and some Enliven employees will join Unicast.
