UPS announces executive changes

Atlanta—The board of directors of United Parcel Service of America announced that Chairman-CEO Mike Eskew will retire at the end of the year. He will be succeeded by Scott Davis, currently vice chairman and chief financial officer.

UPS also announced that Kurt Kuehn, currently senior VP-global sales and marketing, will succeed Davis as CFO. Alan Gershenhorn, who is currently president of UPS International, will succeed Kuehn as senior VP-global sales and marketing. Also, Dan Brutto, who is currently president of global freight forwarding at UPS, is being promoted to president of UPS International.
