UPS rebrands Overnite

Atlanta—United Parcel Service of America announced the launch of UPS Freight, a new brand that reflects the integration of Overnite Corp. into the UPS organization. UPS acquired Overnite and its Motor Cargo subsidiary in August.

The rebranding includes a new logo, new colors (gray from the Overnite brand and brown from the UPS brand) and a new Web site at www.upsfreight.com.
