Mountain View, Calif.--UpShot Corp. Tuesday expanded its Web-based CRM solution with a marketing component. Called UpShot Marketing, it works with UpShot Sales and UpShot XE (eXtended Edition), also announced Tuesday. UpShot XE is aimed at large organizations and divisions of Fortune 500 companies.
The vendor claims its new sales-focused CRM solution provides a closed-loop system that helps organizations "maximize their marketing and sales impact by lowering the cost of quality leads by up to 40%, while improving sales conversion by as much as 120%." The tool provides reports and analysis, campaign management and execution--including customer databases, e-mails in a variety of formats and response management--and lead management, which automatically routes leads to sales personnel based on business rules. UpShot Marketing is available for a one-time implementation fee of $2,500. The implementation fee for the e-mail campaign module costs an additional $5,000. UpShot XE, a hosted subscription service accessed via a Web browser, adds integration with legacy applications such as ERP, financials, data warehouse, supply chain management systems; it is available for $1,150 per user per year, plus an implementation fee.
