USWeb/CKS buys stake in Intend Change

Santa Clara, Calif.--Internet marketing services agency USWeb/CKS, Santa Clara, Calif., announced Tuesday that it had bought a stake in Intend Change, a ``venture construction'' company being launched by USWeb co-founders Toby Corey and Joe Firmage. The company, also based in Santa Clara, will provide consulting services to online businesses being launched by Fortune 500 corporations and entrepreneurs. Mr. Corey will remain president of USWeb and be principal at Intend Change. Mr. Firmage stepped down from his post at USWeb earlier this year. From Advertising Age.
