ValueClick reports second-quarter gains

Westlake Village, Calif.--ValueClick Inc., a cost-per-performance online advertising provider, reported net income of $1.3 million, or 2 cents a share, for the second quarter ended June 30, compared with a net loss of $2.8 million, or 4 cents a share, for the second quarter of 2002. Revenue for the quarter was $20.1 million, up 42% over revenue of $14.1 million a year earlier.
