Vance forms alliance with AgPlus Network

Lincolnshire, Ill.—Vance Publishing Corp.’s produce division has entered into a strategic partnership with the AgPlus Network.

The partnership gives Vance and its digital users access to AgPlus’ U.S.D.A. commodity pricing data and reports. Also as a result of the partnership, AgPlus will carry news and market information from Vance’s produce division brands on its Web site. Vance will also provide sales and marketing support to AgPlus.

“When we were seeking a strategic partnership to increase our exposure, our first choice was Vance Publishing’s Produce Division because it is the leading publisher in the produce industry,” Harold Myers, CEO of AgPlus Network, said in a statement.
