Vance Publishing buys two digital cattle properties

Lincolnshire, Ill.—Vance Publishing Corp. announced Thursday that it has acquired CattleNetwork.com and CattleStore.com from Integrated Management. The deal marks Vance’s first solely digital acquisition.

The two sites will become part of Vance’s Food360 group, which includes Dairy Herd Management and Drovers, as well as digital products, industry research and events.
