New York—Vestas Wind Systems has rolled out a marketing campaign that targets corporate decision-makers and is designed to promote investment in wind energy systems. The campaign, developed in-house, includes more than 600 customized issues of Bloomberg Businessweek
aimed at CEOs and Fortune
500 executives. It features a cover-wrap and 16-page inserts containing company-specific data on energy consumption. The online component of the campaign, developed with Vertic, New York, uses LinkedIn, and uses targeted banners that lead executives to customized websites containing company data, industry data and brand perception information on energy consumption.
