Viacom unit launches studio-to-station portal

Published on .

New York--Viacom Inc. unit Paramount Domestic Television has introduced ParamountPromo.com, a b-to-b portal meant to give clients 24-hour access to promotional materials for Paramount's media properties. Paramount's clients, mostly TV stations, can download ads, artwork, radio spots and publicity materials off the portal for programs including "Entertainment Tonight," "Judge Judy," "The Montel Williams Show" and "Star Trek: Voyager." "Paperless service has become a more efficient way to provide stations with instantaneous access to materials, 24-7, which keeps all of us ahead of the game," said Michael Mischler, exec-VP of advertising for Paramount Domestic Television.
