Visa debuts new TV spot

San Francisco—Visa Inc. debuted a new TV commercial, “Locker Room Speech,” promoting Visa's NFL Fan Offers program. The program gives Visa cardholders a chance to attend a San Francisco 49ers game and hear a locker-room speech by 49ers Coach Jim Harbaugh. The campaign was created by TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles, and is running during telecasts of NFL games. The budget was undisclosed.
