Visa International—Visa International is holding a review to consolidate its global media-buying account. Visa’s incumbent media agencies, including those owned by Aegis, Omnicom Group, Publicis Groupe and WPP Group, have been invited to participate. Visa has hired EMM Group to oversee the review. Billings were not disclosed.
