Visa to kick off NFL campaign

San Francisco—Visa Inc. next week will launch an integrated marketing campaign around its sponsorship of the National Football League.

The campaign will include national advertising, promotions, merchant offers and "Financial Football," a money management computer game for high school and college students.

One of the elements of the campaign is a national promotion called Mega Fan Giveaway, which offers Visa cardholders the chance to win tickets to three events—an NFL playoff game, Super Bowl XLIV and the 2010 NFL Pro Bowl—when they use their Visa cards.

The promotion campaign was developed by TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles. The budget was undisclosed.
