Visa launches new campaign, names CMO

San Francisco--Visa USA this week rolled out a new b-to-b ad campaign, seeking to differentiate its business services from its consumer services.

The campaign features a new tagline, “It’s everywhere you want your company to be,” and is aimed at business decision-makers.

BBDO West, San Francisco, developed the print campaign, which will run in publications including Strategic Finance, Purchasing, Business Travel News, Industry Week, CFO, Business Finance and Financial Executive.

The campaign promotes Visa commercial services, including information management and knowledge services. Ads feature an image of the "Swan Chair," designed by Fritz Hanson, to symbolize a platform from which businesspeople can realize their business goals.

Also, Visa announced the appointment of Susanne Lyons as chief marketing officer. Lyons was previously partner and area manager, San Francisco, at executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates. She will begin her new job on July 8.
