Vitrium Systems tool captures leads from downloaded documents

San Francisco—Electronic document control company Vitrium Systems has introduced a solution designed to capture sales lead information through interactive forms embedded within downloadable documents.

Called PDFSalesLeads, the technology is able to determine an action that readers take with downloadable documents—such as PDF studies, white papers, data sheets and annual reports—and notify the document’s originator about when an item is read or passed along, according to Vitrium.

The solution is intended to help inform marketers as to what happens to their documents after the initial download registration is completed, the company said.
