VNU appoints ‘Adweek’ magazine vet as division sales head; ‘Mediaweek’ taps publisher

New York--VNU NV has named Wright Ferguson, formerly VP-publisher of Adweek magazine, as senior VP-sales of its Adweek Magazines division. He will oversee the division's individual magazine publishers and regional sales directors. Adweek Magazines' publications include Adweek, Brandweek and Mediaweek. Separately, VNU tapped Linda D'Adamo as publisher of Mediaweek, a newly created position. Previously, D'Adamo was Adweek's New York regional sales director.
