VNU Business Media restructures into six market-focused groups

New York—VNU Business Media, a unit of VNU Group, has restructured into six market-focused groups. Under the restructuring, former units VNU Business Publications, VNU Expositions and VNU eMedia and Information Marketing no longer exist. Instead, the properties that were under those groups have been divided into six distinct operating groups: marketing; film; music; retail; residential and commercial building design; and marketing services and travel. As a result of the restructuring Greg Farrar, president of the former VNU Expositions, has been promoted to COO of VNU Business Media.
