VNU shutters ‘Marketing y Medios’ as a standalone

New York—VNU Business Media said Tuesday that it is shuttering Marketing y Medios as a standalone publication. The magazine, which covers Hispanic media and marketing, had run 10 times a year as a standalone. It will now become a monthly special report in select editions of VNU’s Adweek, Brandweek and Mediaweek starting in January. Marketing y Medios founding editor Laura Martinez has left the company. Wright Ferguson will stay on as publisher.
