Walker to succeed Ross as president-COO at Vance Publishing

Lincolnshire, Ill.—After more than 30 years at Vance Publishing Corp., Michael H. Ross is retiring and will step down as president-COO of the company on April 1. Peggy Walker, currently VP-custom publications at Vance, which publishes Pork, Modern Salon and other magazines, will succeed Ross. Walker joined the company last year after management stints at National Underwriter Co. and Putman Publishing Co.
