'Wall Street Journal' picks Berlin Cameron/Red Cell to create campaign for 'Weekend Edition' launch

Published on .

New York—Dow Jones & Co.'s The Wall Street Journal announced Friday that it has hired advertising agency Berlin Cameron/Red Cell, a WPP company, to create an ad campaign for the launch of the Journal's "Weekend Edition," scheduled for Sept. 17.

New York-based Berlin Cameron was named U.S. advertising agency of the year in 2004 by BtoB sibling publication Advertising Age. Billings for the assignment weren't disclosed. Baltimore-based Trahan, Burden & Charles, which produced the Journal's current b-to-b campaign, remains Dow Jones' corporate agency.
