WebEx Communications, Salesforce.com join forces

Santa Clara, Calif.—WebEx Communications, a webinar technology company, and Salesforce.com, a Web-based CRM provider, announced they have integrated products.

The joint effort by the on-demand companies will enable Salesforce.com customers to launch online sales calls within the CRM program using WebEx’s Sales Center. That means salespeople can automatically "populate" the meeting with customer and sales team data and personalize portals for talking with specific prospects.
