“Our objective in our social media initiative is to engage customers around news and information of relevance. We target industry issues and topics, and provide news, analysis and live streaming or video events that shed light on the latest trends, issues and opportunities that may impact our customers. Our Security Roundtable, where we were able to engage industry viewers live through a streaming UStream broadcast, opened social media channels for real-time Q&A interaction. The audience engaged [panelists] with their own questions through these channels as well as email. [In] our Business Insights initiative, an online news and information portal created to engage customers, we invite them to join our conversation on these topics through a blog, Twitter [and] YouTube. We're quickly building a following on Twitter and are getting excellent feedback from customers.”
