WestWayne acquires Breathe Interactive

Atlanta--WestWayne Inc., a $360 million ad agency, acquired interactive direct response agency Breathe Interactive to beef up its direct and interactive capabilities. Breathe Interactive, which bills between $2 million and $4 million a year, will maintain its name and clients, including Circuit City, Cysive and HomeBanc. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
